Centra Care provides instant access to quality physician care for newcomers, travelers and residents without a doctor, or anyone unable to get an appointment with their primary care physician. We are the only hospital affiliated urgent care in the Central Florida nationally recognized. Because Centra Care is affiliated with Florida Hospital we are equipped with the latest urgent care equipment, we can treat urgent, non life-threatening medical conditions for adults and children (6 months and up). From family medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, and other services, our vast network of Board-Certified Doctors offer prompt care 7 days-a-week. An appointment is never needed at our locations and many centers are open until midnight. Our free transportation can pick you up at most area attractions, resorts, and hotels. If you prefer, Centra Care’s Physician Room Service can come to your hotel!

This plan provides discounts at certain healthcare providers for medical services. This plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The plan member is obligated to pay for all healthcare services but will receive a discount from those healthcare providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization. This discount card program contains a 30 day cancellation period. Member shall receive a full refund of membership fees, excluding registration fee, if membership is cancelled within the first 30 days after receipt of membership materials.
