You will need your Centra Care account number which can be found on the printed statement you received. To ensure accurate posting of your payment, you will also need the name and date of birth of the patient on whose account you are paying.

Centra Care considers privacy of information of utmost importance. This transaction is being submitted via a secure encrypted protocol which protects your information from unauthorized access during transmission. Your credit card information is NOT being saved in our records.
Refunds:
If the payment you make is determined to be in excess of the amount the patient is responsible for, Centra Care will issue a refund of the overpayment to you.
